At Rude Rainbow, we want you to love your purchases. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help!
Please review our policy below to make the process as simple and quick as possible.
Eligibility:
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact).
- Timeframe: Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s).
- Recommendation: We strongly recommend using tracked postage, as Rude Rainbow is not responsible for returns that are not received.
How to Start a Return:
- Visit our Return Portal to start your return (you’ll need your order number and email address).
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return and follow the prompts.
- Package and post the return using your chosen shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
How to Exchange:
We offer easy exchanges too—just follow these steps:
- Submit your return through our Return Portal.
- Send back the item you no longer want.
- Place a new order for the size, style, or item you prefer. This helps ensure availability and gets your new item to you faster.
- Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund the original item.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE ORDERS
- This option is only for customers who purchased delivery insurance during checkout.
- This option is in case of Loss, Damage or Theft during delivery.
- If your tracking has advised that your order has been delivered but it is missing/damaged please email us at hello@ruderaibow.com.
- Please Note: In the event of the package being stolen, we will require a report to be made with Australia Post domestically, or the local postal service internationally prior to any form of compensation. This will need to be shared with Rude Rainbow as proof.
