All deliveries are dispatched from Sydney, Australia in most cases within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Please ensure to take into consideration weekends and public holidays. 

Please note we no longer ship orders to the United States and Puerto Rico due to new tariffs introduced.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • International orders are sent via Australia Post’s international shipping service. Once your order leaves Australia, it will be transferred to your local postal service for delivery.

  • On the rare occasion international orders can be subject to additional charges known as taxes and duties that are out of Rude Rainbow’s control. This is determined by the customs agency from the destined country. Rude Rainbow is not responsible for any specific import tax on goods. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.
